This makes them extremely popular with artists but also with those of you who want to have a go (or encourage your children to have a go) at creating a unique and personal work of art. No need to frame your masterpiece - simply hang it straight on the wall.

Stretched Canvas

We have an excellent range of 100% cotton canvases, either deep-edge (1½" / 3.8cm) or narrow edge (¾" / 2cm). Ready primed to take oil, acrylics, mixed media.

Lots of formats (square, rectangular, landscape) and many sizes to choose from e.g. 4" x 4" (10 x 10cm) to 48" x 72" (122 x 183cm).We also have the newly introduced Loxley Chunky Bars (e.g.5"x60") which look very effective in groups of 3 or more.

• Winsor & Newton - 7oz cotton, double primed, back stapled.

• Loxley Ashgate - 10oz cotton, double primed, back stapled.

We have a much smaller selection, but can readily order sizes on request of:

• Loxley - 11oz cotton, triple primed superior quality canvas.

• Tech Style - cotton, double primed.

Canvas on the Roll

We do not keep rolls of canvas in stock but are happy to order to meet customers requirements. Primed or unprimed, different widths and lengths. We can also order Stretcher Bars.

Oil and Acrylic Painting Boards

We have 2 main types of board. Lots of sizes to choose from 7" x 5" (17.8 x 12.7cm) to 20" x 30" (51 x 76cm).

• Primed Painting Board - the economical option, with a textured surface to replicate canvas.

• Artists' Canvas Board - 100% cotton canvas, primed and stretched over rigid board.
